Return & Refund Policy

At Perfume Samples, every order is freshly decanted specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this made-to-order process, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Each sample is hand-decanted specifically for your order, so we're unable to reverse this process once it begins.

2. Shipping timeline

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Please allow 2–4 business days for your package to arrive after shipment.

3. Returns for "didn't like the scent"

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply don't like a fragrance. This is the core idea behind sampling — if you love it, you've found your next signature scent. If you don't, you've saved yourself the cost of an expensive full bottle. Either way, you win.

4. When a refund or exchange is eligible

We will consider a refund or exchange only in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives fully damaged
  • Your order arrives leaked
  • Your order has not been shipped within 72 hours of being placed

5. Video proof is mandatory for damaged or leaked items

If you receive a damaged or leaked sample, you must record an unboxing video as proof. Claims submitted without video evidence will be rejected. No exceptions.

6. Return shipping

If a return is approved under the above exceptions, the item must be couriered back to us at your own arrangement. We do not currently offer a return pickup service.

7. How to raise a claim

To report a damaged, leaked, or delayed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or 72 hours of order placement for shipping delays) at:
