Return Policy
Important info:Β Here, we sellΒ decantsΒ only. This item is a hand-decanted sample. The original bottle on the main picture is not for sale, it just showsΒ the original bottle from which perfume will be decanted. Therefore, the customer will receive the authentic fragrance poured from original bottle into a new sterile vial.Β The size of the vial is your choice.
We have a 3-dayΒ exchange policy, only in cases where we have shipped an wrong product, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only be canceled within 30Β minutes of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 30 minutes, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, return is not possible forΒ any orders/products.
Refunds
Β We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Timeframe in which we accept returns?
We accept returns withinΒ 3 days of product(s) receipt by customer.
When and how customers can expect a refund?
In case of delivery of incorrect item, damaged or defective, we will replace the item at the earliest. Incase the customer insists for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the same account from which the transaction has been made and it takes up-to 7 working days after initiating the refund process (third party payment gateway terms and conditions).Β If the payment is made in cash, a refund will be made only in the form of NEFT/ RTGS in the bank account of the customer. In such a case the customer has to mention his bank account details at the time of making such a request.Β
Refund will be initiated only on receipt of the product and proper check which may take up to 24 hours after receipt of product.
What is not eligible for replacement?
- Damages done due to product misuse by the customer
- Product returned with no original accessories and packaging that covers the manufacturer's packaging, the box and other items delivered with the product(s)
- The perfume box is opened, or cellophane is removed.
- We strictly do not take the perfumes back if customer has used the product.
